All appointments over 30 mins will now require a £100 time reservation fee at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted off the treatment cost. If the appointment is cancelled with short notice, less than 48 hours, the time reservation fee will then be used to cover Dentist time lost.

In September 2017 8 hours and 20 minutes of surgery time was lost due to short notice cancelations or fail to attend.

This is time that could have been allocated to other patients.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

For our Denplan patients who are not paying for the appointments directly at the surgery they will incur the time reservation fee if they cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours and the fee would need to be paid before the next appointment is scheduled
