Placed on top of your natural teeth, veneers create a straight, white Hollywood smile. They are pain free and permanent solutions to teeth that may have changed with age, have become discoloured, stained or are crooked. They are also used to fill gaps between the teeth.
A dental veneer is made from porcelain or ceramic. In simple terms, it acts like a ‘cap’ or ‘cover’ for your natural teeth. Veneers are primarily used for the front teeth and can immediately change your smile once applied.

During this initial consultation, the dentist may take pictures of your teeth as well as taking impressions. These impressions will help our laboratory create your individual veneers.
Veneers are bonded directly to your teeth and can last for up to 15 years. Before we carry out this final stage of treatment however, your natural teeth will need to be prepared. The dentist will remove the top layer of enamel from the natural teeth so that the veneer can be permanently affixed into place.
